Willow has walked with thousands of women over two decades as a nurse, lactation consultant, family nurse practitioner, and transformative nurse coach. Willow brings a deep understanding of both physiologic and psychological impact on health and well-being.

Willow specializes in coaching and counseling with a fully embodied, holistic approach. Her practice is centered on holding sacred space to create safety and foster powerful therapeutic alliances.

Willow is truly honored to guide both men and women through transitions, conflict and trauma, to transform it into resilience and strength. She supports her clients by co-creating a space where intuition, ancient wisdom and scientific modality can all converge to empower and strengthen from the core. Willow’s unique approach facilitates rediscovery of inner power so her clients can take away tools that will equip them to constantly evolve through life’s future challenges.

Willow has a truly eclectic approach that draws from her years experience as a healer. She draws from several modalities that allow her clients to be more fully integrated. She relies heavily on the body’s wisdom, somatic therapy practices, and several therapeutic modalities that weave in biofeedback like DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and KAP (Ketamine Assisted Therapy).

With a reverence for life’s cycles Willow helps her clients reconnect with their bodies, heart-center and personal wisdom, empowering them lead lives rooted in purpose and self awareness.
