Because therapy is an intangible service, doing it online addresses the same content and emotional material as in person. Our licensing only covers the state of Oregon, so the only stipulation is that you must be within the state lines at time of service.

What Is Teletherapy?

At Mirror Pond Counseling psychotherapy is between the counselor, client, and Spirit. Emotion and feelings show up intangible at first, then manifest materially; in the body, relationships, and external parts of your life. It is within your power and responsibility to address the internal reactions in order to ameliorate the problem continuing to show up in different forms. Just like in-person therapy, psychotherapy via telehealth, is co-creating a spiritual container to hold and process through the specific emotional data you bring into session. Effective therapy can be done anywhere in Oregon, over phone or video session, as long as the space we are both in has the following.
